*Max rate is $45-48/hr on c2c for this position* *Experience required:-* ü Over 5+ years of Experience ü Proven expertise of analyze, design and development of Java/J2EE applications, preferably in an Enterprise setting. ü Strong hands on experience in building enterprise level applications using Java/J2EE Technologies. ü Detailed understanding of the release and build procedures in an enterprise setting. ü Proven experience to work with Cross functional teams. ü Experience in Onsite/Offshore working model. ü Detailed understanding of Core Java, Servlets, Web Services, Struts, Hibernate. ü Detailed understanding of the databases concepts. Working knowledge of any database preferred. ü Proficient understanding of software engineering methodologies and design patterns; ability to driving good software engineering practices ü Proficient in documenting architectural solutions and code. ü Excellent time management skills ü Excellent communication skills ü Ensures the quality of deliverables in terms of supporting requirements analysis and the technical architecture. ü Implementation/support documentation ü Ensures technical design/implementation documentation is completed to a high standard ü Is accountable for ensuring quality and adherence to technical, security and compliance standards. ü Provides hands-on technical expertise/governance on all aspects of implementation or third-party software integration. ü Update program specification/implementation documentation. Works with project team to prepare code for production. ü Involved in unit, integration and user acceptance testing - reviews test scripts; aligns with wider testing strategy.
