Ideal candidate will possess the combination of analytical expertise and
creative ideas to arrive at innovative solutions. The focus will be to push
analytics in the new environment, research and develop innovative solutions
in new areas along with supporting infrastructure, join up with the
business users to achieve results, and help to drive business direction
through modeling in support of capital management and risk appetite.

*Responsibilities: *

Manage, develop and implement statistical credit scoring models in support
of domestic and/or global modeling assignments. Monitor the effectiveness
of analytical tools and/or strategies for account origination, credit limit
management, customer relationship management, account profitability,
attrition, collections, and Basel. Provide leadership and support for
analytical research projects and/or statistical models to include project
design, data collection, database design, analysis and presentation of
results. Conduct cost and profitability studies of customer groups,

merchants and/or loan types for business unit operations. Evaluate and
implement internal and external credit scoring using both traditional and
advanced forms of predictive technology. Complete analysis and document
results of alternative risk management options and credit risk issues. Work
with management to understand business issues, determine appropriate
solutions, and communicate results.

*Basic Qualifications: *

· Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, related
field or equivalent experience; Master's Degree preferred

· Four years proven statistical analysis experience or equivalent,
knowledge and understanding of financial services preferred.

· Well developed interpersonal, organizational, analytical,
problem-solving, project management and verbal and written communication
skills

· Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe
systems and software packages. Strong programming skills to include
knowledge of statistical programs (i.e. SAS, SPSS).

· Knowledge of segmentation, targeting, optimization, and life cycle
management required

experience in the Retail Basel space

Familiarity with the US Final Rule.
