This person will be interacting with all team members within my group, plus IT infrastructure, architecture, business, etc. - At least 15 years of total work experience with 5 or more as a lead/senior team member. - At least 5 years of work experience in large companies in U.S., Japan, or Europe. Nearly all of the candidates listing experience for small companies or companies outside these areas tend to greatly exaggerate their skills and experience.
