If you have a matching profile, please send me immediately at *amit.kaush...@rgtalent.com <amit.kaush...@rgtalent.com>* *Job Title* *.Net Developer* *Project Location* *Cleveland OH* *Duration* *6 months /Contract* *Interview Mode : Telephonic + Skype* *KEY* - Candidate MUST have 7+ years of development experience with .NET - SiteCore experience - It is a MUST that they have experience with *SiteCore version 7.2*. - Ideal candidate will have external web application experience, external facing. - Performance monitoring on the website, making sure everything is always working smoothly. *Essential Accountabilities* • Work with the project management office, business teams, and technology teams to assess and refine requirements and to design/develop web-based solutions • Design, prototype, and create user-centered designs based on business and functional requirements, user research, market analysis, customer feedback and usability findings • Incorporate security and other relevant Bank and Federal Reserve System controls into solutions • Follow, enhance, and contribute to group coding standards and best practices around documentation, code-formatting, and source-control • Perform application optimization and tuning; ongoing capacity planning • Contribute in a collaborative team environment, at times as a lead coaching less experienced staff • Demonstrate strong commitment to innovation, quality, schedules, and budget • Consult with database administrators, and other customers, both internal and external regarding infrastructure requirements and problem resolution • Provide systems integration to link together different computing systems, data sources and/or software applications physically or functionally to deliver business value solutions. • Provide ongoing technical support to customers, including support for migrations of the application into various environments. Provide application and technical support during all phases of the application lifecycle. • Serve as a consultant to business areas as they consider their technology needs • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. *Qualifications* • Bachelor’s Degree – preferably Sciences, Math, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering • 7+ years of development experience (4+ years for developer), in applicable technologies such as .Net, SiteCore, HTML, Javascript, Sharepoint, and SQL.
