Create and maintain customer support documentation such as FAQs and service desk tool boxes 6. Provide backup support for other Customer Service Specialists 7. Test and document new complex programs/procedures and make revisions to existing programs/procedures to meet changing needs and requirements 2. Perform data and system integration testing 3.
