The support and enhancement of the application will comprise of troubleshooting issues reported by business users, designing and developing new features and enhancements as directed by IT management as part of a team and on an individual basis. The responsibilities will also include working directly with a multi-functional team as needed. *Core Responsibilities:* Work independently as well as in a group environment. Provide production support, troubleshooting application bugs reported by business users. Collaborate in researching and resolving bugs and bug fixes. Design, program and test specifications for application enhancements. Document release notes, code changes, and technical specifications Perform Unit Testing isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging. Provide accurate and clear verbal and written communication regarding issues and work status. *Required Skills & Attributes** (including Qualifications):* *Education and Experience* · Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or other IT related field. · Experience working as part of multi-functional teams. · Experience providing production application support *Technical* 5+ years of overall applications programming experience with demonstrated proficiency in a variety of programming languages, including: · Minimum 3 years of experience in Advanced VBA for MS Access 2010, demonstrating expert-level proficiency · Database design in Access and SQL · Writing stored procedures and ANSI SQL, exhibiting proficiency with views and functions · Minimum 3 years of experience with MS SQL Server 2008 *Skills and Abilities* · Exhibit proficient, clear and effective written and verbal communication with users and members of multi-functional teams. · Effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. · Demonstrate self-motivated and self-directed problem solving. · Exemplify attention to detail.
