*Essential Responsibilities*



In this role, you will:



·         Experience building and managing small to large scale Quality
Assurance and Testing teams

·         Experience with Test and Defect management throughout the Agile
SDLC managed via Rally or JIRA

·         Experience implementing and adopting industry-leading testing
methodologies across systems and stakeholders in a global organization

·         Ability to create and execute parallel test plans across the
business for concurrent SW deliverables including both script based and
automation based testing

·         Develop and maintain QA lab(s) with required software to
facilitate and support all system and software testing

·         Create automated test routines using contemporary software
tooling for both the Java and .NET platforms

·         Create test scripts (manual or automated) for test cases defined
in the test plan

·         Design, build, integrate, and test product backlog items
(features) for commercial software

·         Effectively communicate the status of the testing programs with
business stakeholders to assure a quality product is delivered on time and
budget

·         Participate in regular team reviews and retrospectives to
identify and fix gaps in team's development and delivery process



*Qualifications / Requirements*

For this role, you shall have:

   - Bachelor's Degree in Programming / Information Systems or in a STEM
   major (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math)
   - 10+ years of industry experience in quality assurance and
   software/systems testing roles
   - 3+ years of management experience in SW testing and leadership roles
   - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with
   customer and program leadership with confidence and clarity
   - 2 years of development with test-driven principals
   - Must be US citizen or a permanent resident

   - High energy, results driven person with strong interpersonal skills
   - Experience working with cross functional teams in an agile environment
   with a global delivery team
   - Proficiency with HP Quality Center 10 or similar defect management
   tools
   - Proficiency with Agile Development using Scrum
   - Experience testing SOAP or REST web services
   - Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
   - Ability to complete tasks independently and learn quickly

Ability to use standard RDBMS tools to execute TSQL queries for results
verification
