*Position : iOS Mobile Developer * *Location : Chicago, IL (Downtown) * *Duration : 6-12 Months * *Interview : Phone then Face to Face **USC And GC are preferable* *Job Description:* • This position will be primarily responsible for implementing UI elements and developing the client logic for a mobile application to be developed for both iOS and Android. This role will specifically focus on the iOS version. • The mobile application will be contextually aware and extensively content driven, accessing and writing information to and from a services tier to be developed collaboratively with other team members. • Successful candidates for the position will be self-starters with good communication skills. *Job Requirement* • 5+ years of general development experience with at least 3 years developing mobile applications. • 2+ years of hands-on experience developing in Objective-C for iOS. • Demonstrable Objective-C fundamentals, including a solid working knowledge of core development frameworks for the iOS platform required. • Mobile application architecture and design experience on both platforms required. • Broad general exposure to and experience with open source technologies, tools, and frameworks that facilitate development for the iOS ecosystem. • Experience with collaborative design, development, and documentation of RESTful API’s required. Experience consuming internal and third party RESTful API’s required. • Familiarity with Apple iTunes Connect application deployment tools and infrastructure a strong plus. • Experience developing push notifications, cursor library, and caching within the iOS framework is a strong plus. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is desired. • Experience with Android platform and technologies are a plus. • Hotel / hospitality experience may be helpful.
