*Data Reporting Analyst* *Location: Charlotte, NC*
*Duration: 6-9 months+ * *Rate: 45-60/hr* *Essential Job Duties / Breakdown of Activity* · Creates reports and conducts analysis from our Data Warehouse environment. · Provides analytical research to find patterns and data anomalies · Provides analysis of multiple data sets to provide accurate results to end users · Collaborate with business users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data delivery including end-user training and adoption. · Translate business requests/requirements into reporting solutions that enable fact-based decision making, ad-hoc analysis and insight generation · Document enterprise wide reporting solutions and provide user support. · Ability to develop complex reports. · Experience with Accounting/Financial Reporting *Knowledge and Skill Requirements:* *Language Ability: * · Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals. · Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints, varying writing style to meet needs and/or speaking clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.. *Reasoning Ability: * · Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. · Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. · Uses intuition and experience to complement data. *Computer Skills: * · System and Network Administration, Developing Standards, LAN Knowledge, Proxy Servers, Training , Multi-tasking, On-Call, Networking Knowledge, Network Hardware Configuration, Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 10 knowledge. Mobile Wireless knowledge. · Extensive T-SQL query experience with SQL Server (3+ years) · Data warehouse reporting experience with any of the following tools (2+ years) · SQL Server, XLCubed, Cognos, Microstrategy, Business Objects · Understanding of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to perform ETL Processing · Understanding of OLAP databases - especially SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) *Education and Experience:* · Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University (highly preferred); · Advanced degree and/or system certification a plus; or 3 - 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience · Experience with Accounting/Financial Reporting Regards, Anu Sud (Anubhav Krishna Sood) Sr. Accounts Manager 248 565 4747 Ext 193 TEKshapers, USA PSave trees.
