Working experience in an environment with Hybris platform is a plus. - Previous working experience in an environment with Apache/Tomcat Tc Server. Good knowledge on Linux/Unix. - Ability to analyze cpu sampling/thread dumps/memory dumps. Good knowledge on how GC works in JAVA. - Understanding of how CDNs work. - Proficient in using Dynatrace for debugging issues - Exposure to synthetic monitoring tools such as catchpoint/keynote. - Good understanding on Front-end Performance. Understanding of page anatomy (waterfall, how browser works, browser caching, usage of browser dev tools, some best practices from front-end performance perspective) - Ability to use Splunk to create dashboards/Alerts, finding problem patterns for troubleshooting issues. - Exposure to tealeaf is a plus.
