Alternatively, associates with very strong understanding of Basel norms / financial reporting background are preferred • A strong ability to gather business requirements and to create business requirements documentation (BRD). • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and relationship skills. • An understanding of SDLC processes and Change Management principles, within a banking environment. • Good knowledge of standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel).
