The Senior Systems Engineer is primarily responsible for the operation and maintenance of Windows Systems and is required to have expert knowledge and understanding of Active Directory. *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS* · Own medium to large related projects throughout the planning, design, implementation and operational process within a dynamic AD infrastructure, as well as create and maintain appropriate documentation infrastructure, standards and projects. · Be primarily responsible and accountable for the 24/7 run time environment including health monitoring, production change management and over all uptime of the infrastructure components of the production operation working closely with the Technical Operations technology engineering team, Application Support and Development to ensure the ongoing health, capacity planning and scalability of the production operating environment · Act in a secondary capacity to other IT/Technical Operations engineers responsible for QA, Development and Internal IT infrastructure and critical projects across multiple data center locations · Troubleshoot system issues with the IT-Operations team in support of day to day operations as required.
