In a few weeks they will run several courses on copyright and Creative Commons for educators and they are recruiting facilitators to teach about practices in their jurisdiction. A number of CC affiliates past and present are already taking part. Jessica Coates and i have decided to split the current copyright for educators ( australia) course into two separate courses. Copyright 4 Educators ( Australia) Creative Commons 4 Educators Copyright 4 Educators will use the current case studies 1-3 but will be made more generic Creative Commons 4 Educators will use case studies 4 and 5 but as above will be made more generic. Jessica will have a new first assignment on creative commons basics.. We will let you know when the new revised copyright course and creative commons courses are up on p2pu as we would love any feedback. Meanwhile if anyone is interested in developing either or both courses in their jurisdiction, please get in touch. I am happy to assist or provide feedback on proposed approaches.
