Dear Ziad
indeed it is totally unfair to say that the Jordanian licenses have not
been approved for "personal issues" with me and Diane, you know very well
that this is not true, that we all came all the way to Jordan, even Joi was
there, to launch the licenses but this was not possible due to the fact
that the licenses were not complying with the standards required ,that all
the other jurisdictions are respecting
It`s not fair from a professional like you are, Ziad, to talk about private
issues when you know very well that this was an issue totally related to
the professional quality of the work, and that we all did our best to
launch the license and even organized a very official event in Amman
Anyway, I will leave this to Diane to explain why the licenses have not met
the required standards, she will be at the call tonight and she can answer
to any question
You are welcome to join the discussion tonight if you have anything to say,
but please remember the main topic is the Egyptian licenses, not the
Jordanian ones, although of course the Egyptian team has built on your
work, and we have all acknowledged that

best
