*JOB DESCRIPTION* The Palestine Festival of Literature (PalFest) is hiring a digital editor to oversee and improve our online output. The job will include but not be limited to: - the maintenance and updating of our website and social media - overseeing improvements to the website and coordinating with relevant parties - developing online strategy in consultation with festival staff - identifying and curating content to be shared digitally - developing the website towards becoming an end-point for publication of new work Applicants must have perfect Arabic and very good English, and preferably live in Palestine or in Cairo. Work will amount to 2 days per week for 10 months of the year, but will be closer to 3.5 days a week for the two months surrounding the annual festival in May/June. Payment will be available but will not be extraordinary, as political conviction is the primary motivation for our work.
