مرحبا كل عام و انتم بخير :) سوف تقوم منظمة المشاع الابداعي بانشاء مؤسسة للقيادة المفتوحة تهدف الى تدريب القادة الجدد في ميادين التعليم و العلم و السياسية العامة على تطبيق قيم الانفتاح قي التراخيص و السياسات و الممارسات و ذلك من خلال تدريبهم على التواصل مع بعض و مساعدتهم لاكمال بدايتهم في مشاريعهم المفتوحة في مؤسساتهم و سوف يتم تحضيرهم لقيادة و توجيه الحركات الناشئة في مجالات العلم المفتوح و التعليم المفتوح و الحكومة المفتوحة و الثقافة المفتوحة حيث ان تلك الحركات تستخدم تراخيص المشاع الابداعي لتوسيع الولوج العام للمعرفة و البيانات و الثقافة و البحث حول العالم و خلق فرص جديدة في مجالات التعليم و الابتكار و الابداع
سوف يتم اختيار المقبولين بناء على عملية منافسة حيث سوف تختار المؤسسة عشرين شخصا من بين المتقدمين في السنة الاولى و عشرين متقدم بالسنة الثانية للمشاركة في دورة تدريبية مكثفة تستمر اسبوعا مع كبار الخبراء في الحقول المفتوحة و على كل مشارك وضع خطة لانهاء مشروعه المفتوح و تقديم تقرير عن التقدم المتحقق خلال السنة الاولى , و خلال فترة التدريب المشروع سوف يتاح للمشاركين تطوير مهارتهم و علاقاتهم و تطوير الحافز لديهم ليصحبوا قادة لدعوة و تطبيق الانفتاح في مؤسساتهم و مجالات عملهم لمزيد من التفاصيل حول الموضوع و كيفية التقديم و موعد هنا : http://wiki.creativecommons.org/IOL Hi, happy new year Creative Commons will develop an Institute for Open Leadership to train new leaders in education, science, and public policy fields on the values and implementation of openness in licensing, policies, and practices. By training new leaders, connecting them to each other and helping them complete their first capstone open project in their institution, we will prepare them to guide emerging movements in open science, open education, open government, and open culture. These movements are using Creative Commons licenses to broaden public access to knowledge, data, culture, and research around the world, creating new opportunities for education, innovation, and creativity. The Institute for Open Leadership will select twenty applicants in year one and twenty applicants in year two, through a competitive application process, to participate in an intensive weeklong training session with leading experts in open fields. Each participant will develop an outcomes-based plan for a capstone open project, and report on progress within one year.
