Here's the bug report where I've submitted a patch to have GStreamer read the WCOP (License URI) tag:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=447000 It also allows for reading the WOAF (license verification) tag. It's simply a matter of figuring out what GStreamer tags to map them to.
