Summary: wav files do not play with stream or whe downloaded

Initial Comment:
I upload a wav file and then go into view my submission. I click on stream And
it wont play. Winamp "thats what I use, pops up" but it doesnt play. Seems the
wav file is converted to a m3u ext. I understand this is needed for Streaming
audio.
I Also try to download the said wav file. It downloads as a wav ext but wont
play. I also just clicked on the download button without save target as and get
Quicktime with a ?. Mp3 seems to work fine. I havent tried other formats.

Our code does NOT convert wav files to mp3 or rename them and I can not
recreate that on any system here.

However, upon investigation it seems that WAV uploading was broken in
getID3 1.7.7 (it works in 1.7.2).

The offending line is in getid3/write.php line #105

case 'riff': // maybe not officially, but people do it anyway

Should be commented out, put a // in front of the line:

// case 'riff': // maybe not officially, but people do it anyway

and then the wav upload works.

We will do a follow up with getid3
