I am brought to http://ccdev15.dreamhosters.comtest123/admin/settings . By then adding in the missing slash (http://ccdev15.dreamhosters.com/test123/admin/settings) I can continue on the creation process. I edited /cchost_lib/cc-admin.php to for the url correctly. Patch below. Sanity check, plz. Warning: it only fixes this one instance as I didn't mess with ccc( ) function.
