The support folks are the ones who do take care of that.  All I know is that
it is on the web site, and somehow is tied to your account access, so
perhaps that is where the problem lies.

I'm not sure the timing on your e-mails, but one of our support folks got
married last weekend, so was on his honeymoon this past week.  Another is
out of town to be in a wedding ('tis the season, huh?!?), so that may
account for some of the delay in e-mail response.

I have copied Matt Brooks on this so that he is aware of the situation and
can assist you in resolving it!  I'm sorry I can't be of better help on this
part!

well, I've a problem. I need the confs for my pod and for the backbone, but
in "my configs" I see nothing. My colleague has tryed to send 2-3 emails to
