Hello Scot, if the questions stats that " ... port speed is 64kbps" we should take the conclusion that we have to specify a PIR. Therefore we have to specicify a BE isn't it ? So is the BE necessary or not ?
By the way, another question, when the question stats about CIR, usually all the solutions specify the BC besides the CIR. If by the TC is 0.125 by default why we need to specify also the BC on map-class and not only the CIR? Kind Regards. Luis Rino.
