Hi man I think you are running SMI image. You need an EMI IOS image to run all routing protocols. Now you have the only way is to contact back the vendor and either a replacement of the switch with and emi enabled one or purchase an upgrade IOS pack from smi to emi for your current one. Check with sh flash and confirm.
