At the time the PG was written, it was not on the blueprint. Now it
is. Go figure. ;)
The next version will reflect those changes!

I'm tipping that we should obviously follow the blueprint. Whilst
section 13 part 3 did include a solution using CBAC, does the
statement made at the bottom of page 265 of the PG imply that the
multi-protocol scenarios in the version 9.0 WB are going to be light
on CBAC scenarios?
