EIGRP doesn't explicitly complain about mismatched timers, but you'll see
evidence that all is not well in the universe through flapping neighbour
relationships.

"sh ip eigrp ne" usually gives it away (holdtime column or similar).
I've seen it a lot in DMVPN environments where EIGRP timers have been tuned
on tunnel interfaces.
