OSPF selects based on type of route first (intra-area, then inter-area, then
external). If there's a tie, it goes based on cost value. If there's a tie
there, it goes based on the cost of the path to the router-id of the
injecting router.

When doing redistribution, you can use a route-map and "set ip next-hop".

Subject: RE: [OSL | CCIE_RS] OSPF distance for specific prefix form
specificneighbor

OK, thanks, then thats perfectly clear! And in that case, is there any way
in R2 acting as FR hub without any subinterface (ospf network-type broadcast
without neighbor statements), to prefer the path to 13.13.11.11/32 via R5
before R4? Or is the only option to influence the path in R2, when doing the
redistribution in R5?

Best regards
