I asked my Cisco sales rep for a copy. It's so big now it comes in DVD format, but really I Would just use cisco.com/univercd. Youc an also get an http tracker and put the url cisco.com/univercd before you sleep at night and it will pull everything for you, so you can access the site offline. It will pull links, but not sure if it will grab all the relinking over and over again.
