Technically, there isn't a major difference in the technologies covered. Some topics are covered in more depth, and things like the video and proctor guide solutions are more detailed, and can help reinforce understanding.
If you've been working through the v9 wb, you should be able to see the changes, or sections that just "weren't there before", and focus on those.
