Rob, I don't know if you would ever see this (back-to-back frame-relay with PPPoFR on multiple DLCIs) in real life, but Scott's explanation does make sense. It's one of those topics that kind of forces you to learn all the various ways of doing things whether applicable in real-life or not (or least not yet!).
