Giving the command "Passive-interface Default" or atleast
"Passive-interface [Interface connected to Switch ]" is important on
Router C & B apart from "Neighbor" command.
Passive command will stop sending updates [Only Receive] by default on
the interface
Neighbor will send Unicast Updates.
So in conclusion A will not get any updates but B & C will have each
others Plus A's networks in their routing table.

  Hey,

Being connected to a switch makes no difference. On B and C you are
only sending routes to each other and ONLY each other. The network
statement on A only tells A to advertise the networks out an
interface. It will not receive any routes though.

But Routers A  , B and C are connected to Switch also. Router A
Configrouter ripnetwork 172.16.10.0 Router B configrouter ripnetwork
  172.16.10.0neighbor 172.16.10.3passive-interface se0/2 Router C
  configrouter ripnetwork 172.16.10.0neighbor 172.16.10.2passive-interface
  se0/3

Now We have network command 172.16.10.0 at A as well on C. won't they
  share routes ?

Please note they are connected to Switch. I am not sure .. but I will
do this in lab. once I reach home.

No A would not receive routes. How would it if you are only
  unicasting between B and C?

Initially A B and C were sending updates to each other via
broadcasts. Now if I will use unicast (neighbor  + passive interface
+ network command) on B and C , still A will receive updates right ,
because A is already configured with network command , please advise
  ?
