I seem to recall that the vendors have stated fairly recently that you do
not need to be able to recall specific RFCs for the OEQs.
You might need to know certain ones like 1918 but probably nothing very
difficult.  Reading RFCs isn't a bad idea for preparation anyway but I doubt
you'd remember the specific numbers - I know I can't with all the other
numbers I DO have to remember for this test.
