Hey Anthony,

RIP doesn't "peer" it just sends out routes.  Regarding primary/secondary
you need to be careful.  By default RIP sources things from the primary IP
address.  If RIP receives updates from a network other than what is
configured, it will reject them by default.  You can get around this with
the "no validate-update-source" RIP command.
