I am not certain that this is the exact same book but there is a Cisco Press book with the title of "CCIE Routing and Switching Exam certification guide, Fourth edition" on Safari. It is still in rough cut form and as of this evening it shows it will be published Oct 8. If you have access to Safaribooks.com you can view the current revision of it online.
