"Take it easy" and don't spend time to bother about such things. Everything is very clear (at least the 2 times I was in Brussels) and the Proctors explain everything very detailed. You can focus 100% on your exam, they tell yo all the rest you have to know.
Here the quick answers to your questions: 1) No, the seats will be provided to you. You have to wait in the reception area until the proctor arrives. Then all together go to the test facilities. Before you can enter the testing room, the proctor will give some brief instructions (basically telling you that you are not allowed to take anything with you to the room) and check your passport / comapre it with his list. He will assign you your POD Number and then......uuups, the rest is secret / NDA :o)) 2) I can only talk about Brussels. I don't know exactly how many people can be there, maybe 16? The facility in Brussels are very great, good temperature, very quiet and good computer equipment. 3) The books are on the table, but maybe also the proctor will hand them out. Don't worry, there is no difference. You can anyway only start after the proctor gave he's instructions. Listen very carefully to them!! I wish you all the best for your attempt.
