Of course these configs are basic for you, but not for especially if I did not
come across these configs earlier. That is why I am here and I would like to
learn, Because its better to come across these commands in a lab environment
and do mistakes than in the Lab and exam room. :)

This simply advertses the router to be a candidate RP for those groups. The
packets are sourced from lo0 in these advertisements. Scope determines how far
the messages can go through your domain.
Not to sound mean but dude -- command references seriously these are
fundamentals
