Things take time, I'm happy with IPexpert. I do have a list, some things people know some they may not. I have mentioned a few times that it would be *NICE* to have PACIFIC time slots available so that some of the west coast people can get a time that makes sense. Workdays for me are completely out due to the rack times. 8am on the west coast is 5am over here, 3 hours time diff for all slots. I know there are worldwide issues as well, people in diff countries etc, but I am just talking about America for the moment. It's workable, but only leaves the weekends for any REAL time to be had. Just a thought. --More directed at Proctor labs than ipexpert-- Also, INE at least let you start a session late,on proctor labs if you are 1 min past a start session. For example, last week I was going to start a 'late' session at 10 mins past 8am (5am west coast time) the session wasn't available to start late, you can't schedule it and you have to contact support to get in where INE you can start at any time (and later you start, reduced rate because it's later). However, yes I have gotten GREAT support and deals on rack time, so I put up with these "features" due to the AWESOME support, and cust service I receive. So yes, all that stuff I said are nice to have, but completely workable in it's current state. my 2.5 cents, Ipexpert is awesome, fantastic and all that stuff. Did the VOD start shipping? :) -Nick
