Yes, get with the sales team to get the DVD or you may ship your hdd in for the 
update.

There should also be a web based interface for existing customers to upgrade at 
ipexpert.com -- routing and switching -- video on demand. I am not positive 
that is functioning just yet

Simmilar situation as myself. I was told that I would have instant  
acces to download the current v4/v3 labs and v3 audio, which I wanted  
for my written. The hard drive would be sent to me with the v4 content  
preloaded, when available, quoted mid December.

Do I talk to customer services to order update DVD?
