I believe that if you want to do something like this based on the source IP address, you need to do some MPLS traffic engineering tunnels, which is a little outside the zone of my expertise as that is not an R&S topic. Marko or Tyson may have some more input on that, as they are much more involved with the SP related topics like TE.
