The thing with this Marc is that it is NOT easy to look up.  In fact,
I can't think of anywhere on the docCD that gives a single concrete
example of client and server for PPPoE in one place.  It is scattered
all over 2 parts of that guide and mixed in with a bunch of ATM stuff.
 What I just gave you is the bare bones easiest way to do it that I
know of.
