DocCD says " When you map VLANs to an MST instance, the mapping is *incremental*, and the VLANs specified in the command are added to or removed from the VLANs that were previously mapped." So the instance 0 represents all vlans *other than* vlan 555, 888 and 1111 (in instance 1). This will negate the "always" requirement in the question, right? I understood the diameter keyword is available only for MST instance 0.
