What about the following requirement in this task:

I would expect this to imply the following:

channel-protocol LACP
channel-group 12 mode passive
Cat3
interface range F0/23-24
channel-protocol LACP
channel-group 34 mode active
Cat4
interface range F0/23-24
channel-protocol LACP
channel-group 34 mode passive

This is the solution in the DSG:
