As far as the order or precedence:  It depends on if you are applying
things inbound or outbound.

Inbound order of precedence:

1) Route-Map
2) Filter-List
3) Prefix-List
4) Distribute-List

Outbound order of precedence: (exact opposite)

1) Distribute-List
2) Prefix-List
3) Filter-List
4) Route-Map
