Could someone comment/clarify on this?
Task 1-2
I would expect #exec-timeout 0 0 command, both under Line vty 0 15 and Line con
0 for the no-timeout session requirement.
Task 1-3
I would expect #vtp version 2 at least under the server (Cat1) as required.
Task 2-1
I would expect #clockrate xxxxxx under the DCE
Task 3-3
Several considerations here:
- I do not see the frame-relay network between R2 and R4 configured in OSPF
backbone as required.
Additionally, this will bring issues when time comes for redistribution. R4
will not have any redistribution happening, when it should (between Rip &
OSPF).
- I do not see subnet 172.29.200 in OSPF backbone as required.
- It seems like #ip ospf network nob-brodcast is missing under interface
s0/1/0.256 at R2.
Since Frame-Relay interfaces are required to use default OSPF network type,
unless a network type change is made at R2 (s0/1/0.256), (by default is
point-multipoint) to be non-broadcast [as they are at R5 and R6], and neighbors
are designated at the HUB [already there], adjacencies will not be formed.
- Assuming my understanding of default network types is correct, R2 s0/1/0.24
defaulting to P2P and R4 s0/0/0 defaulting to non.broadcast, should be made
compatible for adjacencies to form, for example by making the network type on
R4 s0/0/0 P2P. Correct "
- I do not see interface s0/2/0 in R2 and R5 in OSPF area 0 as required.
Task 3-5
A different approach would be to make OSPF area 12 a "totally-stub" area.
Correct ?
Task 3-7 missing in DSG (already posted in my previous email).
