Hi All,
we have customer which is reporting below issue..
1) they try to access one file server in the local lan.
2) only When users belonging to vlan 144 and 145 try to map the K drive on
server, their PCs/laptos get hanged and they have reboot it.
3) The server has been completely replaced but problem still persists.
Switch port also changed.
4) at networking end we have also tried to perform all kinds or connectivity
checks, but found no problem on any ports, cont.. pings to server, no errors
on ports, duplex settings all ok.
5) users also confirmed no virus on their laptops/pcs
6) users are connected on difff diff switches on diff floors.
7) users are able to connect to other servers successfully.
Has anyone faced this kind of issue ? what could be the reason that only
particular vlan 144 and 145 laptops get affected ?
