i think AMD 2.2 Turion is like c2d so with this specs it should run at least IPX lab setup. Your problem is Win7 or idle PC value. i dont know why you use a3jx and 3640. If you are doing RS then 3725 with c3725-advipservicesk9.124-15.T6.bin and idle value 0x6271c1a0 will do great. If you cannot change plate form / some downgraded IOS like simple enterprise then you should give some more effort to find out a good ilde pc value. If you can let me know which Track you are using may i hint about on which router finding IDLEPC will be more effective.
