Hi,
 
Cisco 7500 Series  router uses for Datacenter. But in the case of 3725 &
1800, these are Small medium bussiness or Branch router. In 7500, you can
insert a no. of cards which can't be possible in the case of 1800 & 3725
because of less no. of slots. Another difference is packet forwarding rate
which is main concern in the datacenters or campur area network.

Technical difference should not include physical device capabilities.
