Hey Bauke,
The only options you should be seeing under interface configuration is for
either "host" or "promiscuous" like this
Cat3560-3(config-if)#sw mode private-vlan ?
host Set the mode to private-vlan host
promiscuous Set the mode to private-vlan promiscuous
So for fa0/7-7 you would associate the host ports to the isolated and the
community vlans and for fa0/8-10 you would associate them to the primary and
isolated vlans like this
Cat3560-3(config)#int range gig0/6-7
Cat3560-3(config-if-range)#switchport mode private-vlan host
Cat3560-3(config-if-range)#switchport private-vlan host-association 2000 2002
Cat3560-3(config)#int range gig0/8-10
Cat3560-3(config-if-range)#switchport mode private-vlan host
Cat3560-3(config-if-range)#switchport private-vlan host-association 2001 2002
Hope that helps!
Steve Di Bias

Subject: [OSL | CCIE_RS] Task 2-28 - LAB 2- Vol 1
Team,
Can someone comment on this?
It seems the following config. instances are missing from the DSG in this task:
interface range F0/6-7
switchport mode private-vlan community
switchport private-vlan mapping 2000 add 2002
interface range F0/8-10
switchport mode private-vlan isolated
switchport private-vlan mapping 2000 add 2001
Thanks
Bauke
