I passed R&S first go without red bull. So there :P Anyway... What I think is a better option than stimulants to do 4 hours of study with an 8 hour workday is to wake up early and do the study BEFORE work. This was you get tired at c~3pm at work as opposed to when you get home and cant be arsed with study.
