There are a few things that I would change on your config! 1. I would change EIGRP to no auto-summary and advertise your networks using the inverse mask portion. 2. When you redistribute into EIGRP, you need to add the metrics as EIGRP doesn't know what to do with BGPs metric. 3. You need to add the neighbor next-hop-self on the PE routers 4.
