i guess you need a static route of
ip route 20.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 <next hop interface>

and from eigrp, you need to redistribute theis static route

in a nutshell, you need
1. ip route 20.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 <next hop interface>
2. redistribute static * from eigrp
