I can't give you a definative list (I also would like to see this) but I can tell you that yes proctor labs is all real equipment. The switches include 3 x 3560's and 1 x 3550. All of ipexperts labs are written to where the 1 -3550 isn't an issue since tasks that require 3560's (IPV6, etc) are all designed to be on the other 3 switches.
